Do you love the classic Tom and Jerry movies? This great cartoon for kids is one of the longest continuously
running shorts and the most favorite cartoon ever created; it was originally
made to air as a TV show and then developed into full length feature films. For
anyone growing up in the 50's, 60's and 70's the great cat and mouse chasing
episodes were a part of daily life; get home from school switch on the TV and
enjoy the hilarious antics of this cat and mouse team. We all fall in love with
Tom and Jerry as our favorite cartoon since they were created.
It was one of my favorite cartoons ever since I
could remember watching cartoons. The endless cat-and-mouse chases have
provided for many hours of entertainment in our house. Although we love watching
all the Tom and Jerry cartoon characters because of it is my favorite cartoon,
my loved episodes are mostly many of the original ones. My children, of course,
love Tom and Jerry all series and all the cartoon characters. There are a
lot of Tom & Jerry fans out there who have watched every single episode of
the favorite cartoon and love them as much as I do.
There are still many fans' favorite cartoon characters show up in
my favorite cartoon, like Spike, a dumb British bulldog who disapprove of cats
and chase after both Tom and Jerry, also his cute little son Tyke often shows
up in the chasing episode. Jerry often tries to get Tom in trouble with Spike
making him a shoo-in for a beating from the bulldog.
We can’t miss the most important cartoon character,
Mammy of Tom, who never shows her face to the audience. She is an
African-American domestic housemaid based on Hattie McDaniel. She usually
wallops the cat with a boom when he misbehaves.
And also as cartoon character Tuffy, Jerry’s close
friend and appears frequently with him, the duckling little Quacker who talks a
lot compared to Tom and Jerry. All these recurring cartoon characters but not
in all the series make the cartoon much lively and make the fans love Tom and
Jerry more as their favorite cartoon!
